Personal Story

“Sleep has always been a mystery in my life, and this mystery has become even more puzzling in my youth. When I was a teenager, I used to fall asleep early and wake up at dawn. However, that habit has changed slightly now. If I ever sleep after 2 AM, I can’t feel fully rested before 8 or 9 in the morning the next day. Sleeping late at night and getting seven hours of sleep helps to keep my body in good condition.

Since I used to go to bed early, I still try to go to bed before midnight. If I manage and sleep at 12 AM, I wake up at 5:30 in the morning. These 5 and a half hours of sleep is enough for me for the next day, and I don’t feel too tired.

As a pharmacy student, I understand the importance of every mechanism in the body. Realizing the significance of the sleep cycle, I had become more interested in researching this topic in more depth.”
